TL;DR:
If your 2FA code isn’t working, first ensure you are entering it quickly, as codes refresh every 30 seconds. Always use your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) instead of searching for codes in your email, since email codes are not valid for 2FA login.
If issues continue, try resetting and reconfiguring your authenticator app by removing old entries and initiating a fresh 2FA setup with the new QR code. You can also clear your browser’s cache and cookies, switch to a different browser, or even log in from another device to isolate the problem.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, remove FundedNext 2FA from your authenticator app and re-add it following the correct process.
If you're experiencing trouble while using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), here are some recommended steps to help resolve the issue:
Why is the 2FA code not working?
There could be several reasons your 2FA code isn’t working properly. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
Enter the Code Quickly
2FA codes refresh every 30 seconds. Please make sure to enter the code promptly before it expires.
Use the Authenticator App, Not Email
Many traders mistakenly search for codes in their email. Please only use the code from your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator), as email codes are not valid for 2FA login.
Reset and Reconfigure the Authenticator App
If the code still doesn’t work, try this:
Remove all existing entries related to our platform from your authenticator app.
Log in to your account again and initiate a fresh 2FA setup using the new QR code provided.
This ensures that your device is properly synced with our system.
Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies
Sometimes, saved data in your browser can cause login issues. Try clearing your cache and cookies before retrying.
Try a Different Browser
If the problem continues, switching to another browser might help isolate the issue.
Use a Different Device
If none of the above steps work, please try logging in from another device to see if the issue persists.
