What is the Perpetual Consistency Rule?
The Perpetual Consistency Rule ensures your profits remain steady and not dependent on a single big trading day. Your highest single trading day profit, ever recorded across all your withdrawal cycles, must stay at 20% or less of your current cycle's total profit.
What makes it perpetual is that your best-day record carries forward across every withdrawal cycle until you beat it. As your total profit grows, your best day becomes a smaller and smaller share of it, so the rule only gets easier the more you trade.
Setting Your Mark — First Cycle
Your first cycle is where you set your benchmark. Keep your best single trading day at 20% or less of your total cycle profit. Spread your gains across the cycle instead of relying on one big session, and you are set.
Example: Your highest day is $500. For that day to sit at 20% of the total, your cycle profit must reach at least $2,500. If your total for the cycle is $2,500 or more, consistency is met and that $500 day carries forward as your all-time record.
Keeping Your Mark — Later Cycles
Your best day stays on record after your first withdrawal. In each new cycle, keep that best-day figure at 20% or less of the new cycle's profit. The same $2,500 minimum applies until a bigger day is recorded.
Raising Your Mark
If you have a bigger day than your previous record, that day becomes your new all-time best. You are never penalized for a strong session. However, the minimum cycle profit required to stay consistent increases accordingly.
Example: You record a $600 day in Cycle 3. The new minimum cycle profit required is 3,000 (600 is 20% of $3,000). This $3,000 minimum now applies to every future cycle until an even bigger day is recorded.
What is the Buffer Rule in CFDs-FNL:004?
The buffer is a fixed $2,100 above your starting balance of $50,000. Your account balance must clear this buffer before any profit above it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
This means your account must reach at least $52,100 before any Performance Reward can be requested. The buffer itself is not withdrawn — only the profit above it is eligible.
Example: If your account balance is $52,900, your buffer of $2,100 is cleared and you have $800 in eligible profit above it — which meets the minimum withdrawal amount.
Note: The buffer does not reset between cycles. It remains fixed at $2,100 above your starting balance of $50,000 at all times.
What are the requirements for requesting a Performance Reward on the CFDs-FNL:004?
To request a Performance Reward, you must meet two conditions within your current trading cycle: clear the $2,100 buffer and maintain the 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule.
Example — No News Profit
If a trader's balance is $52,900:
Starting Balance: $50,000
Buffer Amount: $2,100
Profit over Buffer: $800
Performance Reward = $800 × 80% = $640
Example — With News Profit
In this example, the trader has profits from both standard trades and news trades across the cycle:
Starting Balance: $50,000
Standard Profit (non-news trades): $1,900
News Profit (3 days of news trades): $1,000
News Profit after 40% split: $400 (only 40% of $1,000 counts)
Total Eligible Profit after adjustment: $1,900 + $400 = $2,300
Adjusted Equity: $52,300
Applying the full calculation:
Adjusted Equity: $52,300
Buffer Amount: $2,100
Balance after buffer: $50,200
Starting Balance: $50,000
Profit over Buffer: $200
In this scenario, the trader has only $200 in eligible profit over the buffer, which is below the $800 minimum. The trader must continue trading to generate at least an additional $600 in profit to reach the $800 minimum threshold and become eligible for a Performance Reward.
Important: After applying the news profit adjustment, the eligible amount may fall below the required threshold. When the trader clicks the Transfer to Wallet button, a dialogue box will display the complete news adjustment calculation and the resulting eligible amount. If the amount falls below the minimum withdrawable profit or the required buffer, the trader can continue trading to meet the required threshold before requesting a Performance Reward.
Note on News Trading: Trades placed within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact news event are subject to the News Profit Split Rule. Only 40% of profits from those trades will count toward your cycle profit.

How does the Trailing Drawdown work?
CFDs-FNL:004 uses the same Trailing Drawdown method as the Stellar Instant Account. The Maximum Loss Limit is set at $2,000 and trails your account's highest balance in real time — not just at End of Day. It moves up as your balance grows but never moves downward, and it is capped at your initial starting balance.

How does the trading cycle work?
The trading cycle is open-ended. It begins at account activation or after your last withdrawal and ends only when the Performance Reward eligibility conditions are met and a withdrawal is requested. There is no fixed cycle length.
What is the KYC and Agreement process?
Agreement Signing: Completed at the time of purchase before the account is activated.
KYC: Required before your first Performance Reward withdrawal. You can trade from the moment your account is activated.
