Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is a necessary step to ensure the security and compliance of our trading platform. Here's a detailed guide on how to complete the process:
Step 1: Notification and Accessing the Verification Center: Once you have successfully completed the challenge phases, you will receive a notification on your dashboard prompting you to initiate the KYC verification process. Simply click on the "Verify Now" button provided, and you will be directed to the "Verification Center" page. Alternatively, you can access the "Verification Center" through the "My Profile" section of your account.
Step 2: Start Verification: On the "Verification Center" page, you will find instructions along with the "Start Verification" button. Click on this button to reveal two options for verification: scanning the QR code or sending a verification link via SMS. Choose the option that is most convenient for you and follow the provided instructions to obtain the link for document submission.
Step 3: Required Documents: To complete the KYC verification process, you will need to provide specific documents.
The following documents should be a valid photo ID such as:
National ID.
Passport.
Driving License.
KYC verification cannot be completed if you provide expired documents. Please ensure that you submit the most recent and valid documents to proceed with the verification process.
Step 4: Once you have gathered the necessary documents, submit them through the provided link. After successful submission, you will receive a notification on your dashboard confirming that your verification data has been received. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step, where you will be directed to the "Agreement Signing" page in the “Verification Center” of your dashboard profile. Here, You will have to enter your full name and full address and agree to the terms and conditions. After that click "Submit".
Step 5: After completing all the required steps, a window will appear indicating that your documents are under review. The verification process typically takes 24-48 hours. Upon successful completion, you will receive a notification in the verification center confirming that your verification has been successful. At this point, you will be eligible to receive your FundedNext Account.
It's important to note that failure to pass the KYC verification process will result in the rejection of your FundedNext Account application.
