Monitoring and Fraud Prevention
FundedNext reserves the right to review affiliate sales for legitimacy and to withhold payment on sales deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
Example: If an affiliate is found to have used deceptive practices to generate referrals, such as bots or fake sign-ups, commissions from these referrals will not be paid out.
Modification of Terms
FundedNext reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, but it is the affiliate's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
Example: Changes to the commission structure will be communicated via email and updated in the affiliate dashboard.
