Traders have the option to switch between platforms, but this isn't possible if any trades have been executed in their account. Once a trade is initiated, platform changes are limited. Furthermore, Reset accounts with prior trade history cannot undergo platform changes.
For example, a trader can only switch platforms if the Account is a newly bought Challenge Account and doesn't have any trades. If the Account is in Phase 2, or in the FundedNext phase, no changes can be made.
Note: Please be aware that choosing cTrader will incur an additional $25 fee for the platform. This does not apply to the MT4 and MT5 platforms.
The accounts with balances of $100,000 and $200,000 cannot be purchased, modified, reset, or topped up on the cTrader platform.
