TL;DR: Yes; FundedNext accepts US clients under the FundedNext Futures Challenges. However, US traders are not eligible for our CFD-based challenges like Stellar 1-Step, Stellar 2-Step, or Stellar Lite. If you're from the United States, you can only participate in the FundedNext Futures Rapid and Futures Legacy Challenge.
Can I use FundedNext in the USA?
Yes, but with specific conditions.
FundedNext operates multiple challenge models, and access for US clients depends on the type of challenge you want to join.
US Clients Are Accepted For:
FundedNext Futures Rapid Challenge
FundedNext Futures Legacy Challenge
These two models are part of our futures-based prop trading challenges, designed to comply with the regulatory framework applicable to US residents.
You can sign up, trade, and get simulated funding through these challenges without restrictions if you're based in the United States.
US Clients are not allowed in the CFD Challenges but are allowed in the Futures Challenges.
Due to regulatory limitations, CFD trading accounts are not available for US citizens or residents. This includes the following FundedNext models:
Stellar 1-Step Challenge
Stellar 2-Step Challenge
Stellar Lite Challenge
These are CFD-based challenges that operate on platforms like MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which are not eligible for US client participation due to restrictions related to CFDs.
Why the Difference?
The distinction comes down to regulatory compliance:
CFDs (Contracts for Difference) are restricted in the United States by the CFTC and SEC.
Futures trading, however, is allowed under specific prop firm models that meet compliance standards.
FundedNext has structured its Futures product line to make sure US traders can still benefit from capital access while staying within legal boundaries.
