FundedNext defines Quick Strike trades as positions closed within 30 seconds of opening. A high concentration of such trades raises concerns around market integrity — rapid, ultra-short positions can inflate trading volumes, contribute to artificial price movements, and create conditions that are inconsistent with fair and stable market participation.
For this reason, FundedNext enforces a Quick Strike threshold across all account types.
How the Threshold Is Calculated
Quick Strike percentage is calculated based on profitable trades only. It represents the proportion of total recorded profit derived from trades closed within 30 seconds. The threshold is evaluated on a per-cycle basis.
A Quick Strike percentage at or above 30% constitutes a violation.
Challenge Account
At 20% Quick Strike, a compliance warning is issued. This serves as an early indicator that the profit distribution is approaching the threshold and that trading behavior needs to be rebalanced before the 30% limit is reached.
At 30% or above, progress toward the profit target and advancement to the next stage is placed on hold. The account remains active, and trading can continue, but progress is not credited until the Quick Strike percentage falls back below 30%. Eligibility is restored automatically once the threshold is cleared.
FundedNext Account
At 20% Quick Strike, a formal warning is issued. At this stage, no deduction or termination is applied. However, if the Quick Strike percentage reaches or exceeds 30% after this warning, the following applies:
100% of the profit generated from Quick Strike trades is deducted from the Performance Reward
Any subsequent violation of the Quick Strike rule following this warning results in account termination, with all Quick Strike profit forfeited in full
Please note that due to the nature of cycle-end processing, the threshold breach and resulting account action are evaluated and applied at the end of the trading cycle. If a positive balance remains after the forfeiture, it is disbursed as the final Performance Reward for that cycle.
When the Forfeiture Exceeds Total Account Profit
If the total Quick Strike profit forfeiture equals or exceeds the account's net profit for the cycle, no Performance Reward is issued for that cycle, and the withdrawal option is disabled. A full breakdown of applied deductions is available in the account dashboard.
Maintaining a healthy profit distribution across varied trade durations reflects consistent, process-driven trading. Keeping Quick Strike activity well below the 30% threshold ensures uninterrupted eligibility and account standing.
