TL;DR: You can now update your name, country, date of birth, and gender directly in your dashboard before your KYC is approved.
FundedNext has introduced self-service profile controls in the "My Profile" section of your dashboard. You can now manage and update your personal information independently. To keep your account secure, these changes are subject to eligibility requirements, document verification, and fraud detection.
Who do these new dashboard updates apply to?
These profile updates are available to all FundedNext users, across both CFD and Futures Accounts.
What happens to my profile data when my KYC is approved?
Once your KYC is approved, your profile will automatically update with your verified KYC data. This will override anything you entered manually.
Can I update my profile after my KYC has been approved?
No. Once your KYC is approved, your core identity fields are permanently locked. This applies even if your KYC reaches its 90-day expiry.
Name Update
Can I add a middle name to my profile?
Yes! An optional "Middle Name" field is now available under the “Personal Info” tab in your dashboard (it will not appear on the initial signup page). Submitting the field as blank is allowed.
What are the rules for changing my name (First, Last, or Middle)?
Eligibility: Available to pre-KYC users only.
Limit: You can only request a name change one time per account.
Requirements: You must upload a valid document and provide a reason for the change.
Processing: Safe requests are auto-processed instantly. Flagged requests are sent to an admin for manual review.
Date of Birth (DOB) or Gender Change
Can I change my Date of Birth (DOB) or Gender?
Yes, as long as your KYC has not yet been approved. Updating your DOB or Gender will trigger a Central KYC verification. Note that any date of birth that makes you under 18 years old will be automatically rejected.
Country Change
How do I change my registered country?
You can update your country via the dashboard if you meet all of the following conditions:
Your KYC has not yet been approved.
You have no purchased or active trading accounts.
You have no FundedNext Free Monthly Competition registrations.
You must upload a supporting document and provide a reason for the change. Note that country changes are routed to our team for manual approval — there is no auto-approval for country updates.
What if I have an active account or competition registration and need to change my country?
The self-service option will be locked and you will see a "Contact Support" button. Contact our support team and they will guide you through the process.
Email Change
Can I change my email address from the dashboard?
No. Email changes are not available through self-service. Please contact FundedNext Support directly.

What is entirely out of scope for self-service?
You must contact customer support for:
Name or country changes after your KYC has been approved.
Country changes if you have Challenges, FundedNext Accounts, or Competition Accounts.
Email address updates.
