Identity Verification: Name Consistency Policy

Updated over 2 weeks ago

At FundedNext, we are committed to maintaining a secure and transparent trading environment that adheres to global financial standards. To ensure a seamless verification process and protect the integrity of your account, please review our policy regarding name consistency.

The Importance of Matching Information

To comply with regulatory requirements, it is essential that the name on your FundedNext Profile matches the name on your Government-Issued Identification exactly. This alignment helps us verify your identity swiftly and ensures that your future Performance Rewards are processed without any delays.

What does "Exact Match" mean?

  • Acceptable: Your profile name is "Robert Smith," and your ID shows "Robert Smith."

  • Unacceptable: Your profile name is "Robbie S," but your ID shows "Robert Smith."

  • Unacceptable: Using a nickname, a spouse's name, or a business alias that does not appear on your legal documents.

Account Security & Compliance

Submitting documents that do not match your registered account details is flagged by our system as a security risk. Please be aware of the following:

  • If a name mismatch is detected during KYC, the verification will be rejected.

  • Providing inaccurate, misleading, or falsified identity information, or attempting to verify an account under a third-party identity, constitutes a material breach of FundedNext’s Terms of Service and may result in account termination and permanent restriction from the platform.

What should I do if my profile name is incorrect?

If you notice that your registered name on the FundedNext Dashboard does not match your legal ID name, please contact our Support Team immediately before starting your KYC process. We are here to help you update your details to ensure your verification is successful.
